Pulmonary echinococcosis (Echinococcus taenia) in children is rare disease. Localization of echynococcal cyst in the lungs is the second most common place after the liver. Main symptoms of pulmonary echinococcosis are high fever, chest pain, haemoptoe. In 5% of cases the disease is without clinical symptoms. Radiological and laboratory examination – main methods to diagnose the echinococcosis. The most effective treatment is the combination of medicamental and surgical treatment. We present the case report of 9 year boy with pulmonary, hepatic and splenic echinococcosis.
